Can I buy 1 item online and ask you to ship to my house?

As a B2B supplier, we provide our items in container shipments to our agents and distribution partners in different markets. Our agents and distribution partners will take care of the local sales, courier delivery and maintenance service. Therefore, we do not do retail sales online for individual shipments.

What are the delivery terms of your items?

As standard procedure, we provide Free-On-Board (FOB) delivery terms to any port in Taiwan. Additional services are available ON-DEMAND, such as marine transportation, import custom clearance and to-door delivery.

Which payment methods and currencies are accepted?

We accept US Dollar with below payment methods.

  • Direct bank transfer (wire / TT)
  • On-Sight Letter of credit (LC)
  • Paypal
How long will delivery take?

Your order will be completed and delivered as per agreed terms to designated port in 60 days after your order is confirmed by us.

What warranty period do I enjoy?

All our commercial collections provides 5-year international warranty, terms and conditions apply.

What should I do if I cannot find the items I want?

At times, we have items that are not published on our website yet. Hence, reach us directly and tell us what you are looking for.

Can I customize the machines of my order?

Certainly, customization of your order into specific artwork designs, color and change logo position are absolutely possible as long as your request meets our manufacture standards. Please contact us directly for more details.
